The manufacturing facility includes multicolour offset presses, auto platens, high speed folder gluers, film lamination, hot foil stamping, automatic book binding, thermomatic binding, gold edging, corrugation lines and all necessary supporting equipment. Zenith also offers a wide range of specialized printing and packaging services including Calendars, Diaries, Bank Cheque Book, Lottery Tickets, Labels, Posters, Security printing jobs, and Gift Items.
We also have ZENITH ENTERPRISES LTD., a trading company, where we have been importing all our raw materials for printing and packaging purpose for the last 15 years.
In the same premises a sister concern, MAST PACKAGING & PAPER CONVERTING LIMITED is fully in operation with the most advanced continuous web fed paperboard packaging system in the world. This unique concept in carton manufacture, links several different operations e.g. 7-Colour Rotogravure Printing, Cutting, Creasing, Embossing and waste stripping into a single in-line integrated production system. For the customer, particularly one seeking an upgraded packaging image, this continuous high speed production system keeps costs competitive whilst high quality is maintained. Production and delivery times are reduced substantially, as the time taken from parent reel to finished blank is less than two seconds.
This advanced state-of-the-art installation is mainly employed for high quality, bulk productions of Cigarette Hinge Lid Blanks and Box Outers, home-care products, food & beverage packaging productions.
